It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that there was some matrimonial dispute between the petitioners and respondent no.4. As the petitioners wished to settle the dispute by way of compromise, this Court vide order dated 31- 08-2024 referred the matter for verification of compromise. 3. From perusal of record, it transpires that the compromise has been arrived at between the parties and they have entered into a settlement agreement on 21-08- 2024.
