The relief sought in this petition is for quashing FIR dated 28.09.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0321 of 2024 u/s 70(1), 351(3) B.N.S., P.S. Kokhraj, District-Kaushambi. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned FIR is challenged on the ground that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. In support of his submission, he has placed reliance on order dated 08.01.2025 passed in Crl. Misc. Writ Petition No.140 of 2025. He states that in the aforementioned petitioner, Co- ordinate Bench has already accorded interim relief to the co- accused and similar indulgence may also be accorded to the petitioner.
