The instant writ petition is preferred to quash the FIR dated 13.12.2024 registered as FIR No./Case Crime No. 381 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 140(3) BNS, 2023, Police Station Nagal, District- Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the instant F.I.R. is challenged on the ground that the dispute between the parties are purely civil in nature as an afterthought, impugned proceedings have been drawn.
