The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 18.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 54 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Mirzapur. 3. Shri Shashidhar Pandey, learned AGA on the instruction states that cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive as during investigation complicity of petitioners had not been found, and charge-sheet dated 17.01.2025 has been forwarded to the competent court. 4. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive after filing of the charge-sheet, hence the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to apply
