Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.42 of 2022 under Sections 306 I.P.C., P.S. Anwarganj, District- Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Learned A.G.A. submits that initially in the instant matter final report had been filed but the same was not accepted by the superior officer. He submits that further investigation is going on and the police authorities are under obligation to do the investigation fairly, impartially and expeditiously. He apprised to the Court that the investigation is going on and the same would be concluded at the earliest, in accordance with law. 5. The present petition is dispos
