This writ petition has been filed praying to quash First Information Report dated 30.06.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0139 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 506 IPC, P.S. Mahewaghat, District-Kaushambi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no complicity in the alleged offence and the whole prosecution story is totally false and frivolous. The petitioners have no criminal history and they are being continuously harassed by the police personnel without any rhymes and reason. He next contended that the statement of victim/daughter of informant/respondent no.3 has already been recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. (now Section 183 B.N.S.S., 2023) in which she has not supported the prosecution story, as such no offence under Section 363, 366, 506 I
