The relief sought in this petition is for quashing FIR No.352/2024 dated 09.08.2024 registered u/s 66 of IT Act and u/s 120B, 408, 506, 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC, P.S. Noida, Sector-63, District-Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P.). Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. After substantial argument, once we declined to entertain the instant writ petition for quashing the FIR, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the instant petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to invoke the remedy as contemplated in law. 4. With the aforesaid leave, the petition is dismissed as not pressed. Order Date :- 7.2.
