The relief sought in this petition is for quashing FIR bearing No.344 of 2024 under Section 109(1), 352, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Badagaon, District-Jhansi. 3. At the very outset, learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions, submits that during investigation no complicity of the petitioner has been found in commission of the alleged offence and as such, final report has been submitted before the competent court on 08.01.2025. In the aforesaid backdrop, he states that the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
