The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 20.12.2024 registered as FIR No.0835 of 2024, under Section 87 B.N.S. at P.S. Firozabad North, District-Firozabad and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the petitioners are major having their date of births 18.03.2003 and 11.06.2002 respectively, for which they have filed their High School Certificates. They have already solemnized marriage on 20.12.2024, which has also been registered and both are living together as husband and wife and as such, the first information report is liable to be quashed. 4.
