Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A.-1 for the respondents. 2. In pith and substance, grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-authority may be directed to decide the representation dated 06-11-2024 expeditiously. 4. Learned A.G.A.-1 raised an objection qua the maintainability of the writ petition and the relief on his behest as has been asked for is totally misconceived and further no such direction can be issued to the respondents to attach the property of the respondent nos.5 to 7 under Section 14 of the U.P. Gangster Act. He further states that as the Gangster Act is a self-contained Act, it is paramount responsibility of the authority to proceed strictly in accordance with law. 5.
