Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 328 of 2024, U/S 323, 376, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kuber Sthan, District Kushi Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR was instituted by invoking the powers u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. after a delay and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant is the brother-in-law (Jeth) of the victim and the allegations against him are of having ravished the victim about 10 years before the institution of the FIR. It is stated that the
