The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2024, under Sections 103, 61(2), 238 BNS, Police Station- Mau-Darwaja, District- Farrukhabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 19.09.2024 against three named accused(non-applicant) and according to FIR, on 25.08.2024 at about 4:00 p.m. in the evening co-accused Nanhe has taken the son of the informant and thereafter his son did not return and next day, his dead body was found.
