Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with four others including co-accused Vivek Shukla @ Sonu and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, co- accused co-accused Vivek Shukla @ Sonu has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 23.01.20
