Heard Sri Mool Chandra Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yogesh Mishra, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 67 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Jasrathpur, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4.
