Heard Sri Mool Chandra Maurya, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yogesh Mishra, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. None is present on behalf of the informant. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 67 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Jasrathpur, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that the prosecution story stands falsified from the fact that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that the police had retrieved her from village-Keltha where she was captivated by the applicant while the case diary indicates that the vic
