The applicant is in jail since 18.12.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 02.02.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel on behalf of the applicants, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicants for grant of bail: 1. The F.I.R. is a result of an altercation in the neighbourhood which suddenly escalated into a violent brawl. 2.
