Shri Rafeek Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant is in jail since 02.02.2024. The trial is moving at a snail's pace and and shows no sign of early conclusion. The applicant cannot be faulted for the delay in the trial. The directions of this Court made upon the learned trial court rendered on 09.07.2024 in the first Criminal Misc.
