Heard Sri Umair Mahmood, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 296 of 2024, under Sections 64, 69, 78, 351(2), 351(3), 333 of B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 and 7/8 of POCSO Act, Police Station Mandawar, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. The age of the victim is stated to be 16 years. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
