FIR of the present case was lodged on 19.08.2024 against applicant and two others under Sections 352, 351(2), 109 B.N.S. and according to the FIR on 19.08.2024 at about 5.30 PM in the evening co-accused Dharmendra came along with applicant and co-accused Adarsh Thakur along with country made pistol and they started abusing and when informant and her husband resisted then they committed the murder of the husband of the informant by causing firearm injury to him.
