Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 05 of 2024, under Sections 376AB, 377, 506 I.P.C. and Section 5M/6 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act, Police Station Kotwali Shahar, District Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 5.
