Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 165 of 2023, under Sections 376-A, B of I.P.C., and Sections 5-M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Padari, District- Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim aged about 17 years for a substantial period of time, resulting in her pregnancy. The victim was subsequently taken to a hospital in Mirzapur and then referred to Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital, Prayagraj, where she gave birth to a baby girl.
