Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 293 of 2024, U/S 363, 366, 376 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Kampiarganj, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have raped the minor daughter of the informant on 2.3.2024 at about 10.00 am by taking her forcibly from her house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
