Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 254 of 2024, U/S 323, 376, 506 IPC, Police Station Tronica, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have assaulted the victim and video-recorded the said act and thereafter, threatened her to make it viral on social media. Subsequently, the victim had married elsewhere. The applicant is stated to have shown the said video to her husband, whereby, the victim has been left to lead a life of destitution and vagrancy by her husband. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
