Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.584 of 2024, under Sections 64 B.N.S., Police Station- Nauganwa, District- Amroha, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the circumstances. There is no medical corroboration of the said incident. The victim herself has stated that the FIR was instituted on wrong facts by misrepresentation. She has given an affidavit before the trial court. The victim is major aged about 22 years. 5. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant to demonstrate the falsity of the alleg
