Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.572 of 2024, under Sections 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the wife of the informant is stated to have seen the applicant committing sexual assault with her daughter on 30.9.2024 at about 10:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
