Heard Sri Vishnu Dayal Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vishnu Kumar Patil, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0401 of 2024, U/S 64(1), 87 B.N.S., Police Station Rasoolpur, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that he has nothing to do with the said offence. 5. It is further stated that the victim is the consenting party and is a married lady having two offsprings from her earlier marriage. Her consent is evident from the fact that she had gone with the applicant all the way to Jaipur.
