Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.44 of 2024, under Sections 366, 376, 342, 506, 328 I.P.C., Police Station- Bhadohi, District- Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other family members are stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 14.3.2024 at about 11:00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim was retrieved after a delay of five months, i.e. on 9.8.2024.
