Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0215 of 2024, under Sections 376-D, 507 and 509 I.P.C., Police Station Ganjdundwara, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the victim used to go to the hospital of the applicant for gaining knowledge and some powder was sprinkled on her, as such, her skin got irritated and she disrobed herself in a private room, but the same was video recorded by the co-accused person Shahrukh in the night of 4/5.06.2024. 5. The applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have threatened and blackmailed the victim on the basis of the said video and sexually assaulted her.
