Heard Sri Manvendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.281 of 2024, under Sections 376 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Bindki, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have video recorded the act of bathing of the victim and had blackmailed her to make it viral on social media, as such, kept on establishing corporeal relationship with her for a substantial period of time. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
