Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 285 of 2024, under Sections- 65, 115(2), 137(2), 55, 96 B.N.S. and Section 3/4(2), 16/17 POCSO Act., Police Station-Narhi, District- Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
