As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and the said relationship is stated to have continued for a substantial period of time. Subsequently, the applicant is stated to have refused to comply with the said promise of marriage and had also taken money from the victim. 5.
