Heard Sri Suresh Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 987 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64(2)(m), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his daughter aged about 21 years was enticed away by the applicant. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6.
