By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2024 at Police Station- Ghazipur, District- Fatehpur, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 324 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 08.04.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 10.01.2025. The following arguments made by Ms. Tanya Makker, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Kameshwar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Suchit Tandon, learned AGA from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. As per the prosecution case set out in the FIR five nominated accused had assaulted the deceased and caused his death. 2. The applicant was not named in the FIR. 3. The applicant was subsequently nominated in the
