By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 73 of 2024 at Police Station- Ghazipur, District- Fatehpur, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 323, 324 IPC. The applicant is in jail since 08.04.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 10.01.2025.
