This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant-Pushpendra @ Baba, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.965 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sihani Gate, District Ghaziabad. 4. This is a third bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 23.09.2021 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Criminal Misc.
