Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with others including co-accused Kishwar Ali and after considering entire facts of the case in detail, co-accused co- accused Kishwar Ali has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
