Heard Sri Neeraj Kumar Pandey holding brief of Sri Ajay Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material available on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 511 of 2024, under Sections 87, 64(1), 144, 115(2) of B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Tilhar, District - Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 4. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5. The applicant is not named in the FIR. The name of the applicant has come up subsequently in the statement of the victim recorded under Sections 180 & 183 B
