This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Shashank Mehta Alias Vikki, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.328 of 2023, under Sections 307 I.P.C. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station-Bilari, District Moradabad. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 6.8.2023.
