By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 778 of 2023 at Police Station- Baraut, District- Baghpat, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 34 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act. The applicant is in jail since 25.11.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 03.12.2024. The following arguments made by Shri Vidya Prakash Singh, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Ms. Sindhuja Rathi Bhargava, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Vivek Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The prosecution case set out in the FIR is that the deceased had a running feud with three named offenders. On the fateful day, the said principal offenders
