The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.424 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238(A), 309(6) and 317(1) BNS, Police Station Lanka, District Varanasi during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against co-accused Ravi Mushar with regard to murder and robbery of the sister of the informant. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation when named co-accused Ravi Mushar was arrested and his statement was recorded then he disclosed the name of the applicant. 5.
