The present bail application has been filed by accused- applicant- Kamlesh Kumar Tripathi seeking bail in Case Crime No.171 of 2024 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act, Police Station- Mataundh, District- Banda. In the prosecution case it is alleged that during police checking, the police arrested the applicant. From joint possession of the applicant and co-accused, 24 kg 430 gm Ganja is alleged to have been recovered. The recovery has been made in front of the Gazetted Officer.
