Heard Sri Abhishek Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri S.D. Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 174 of 2024, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 452, 427, 376 of I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Kokhraj, District - Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have assaulted the three family members of the informant on 04.05.2024 at about 01:00 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 6. The FIR is delayed by about more than one mon
