The present bail application has been filed by accused-applican Moin, seeking bail in Case Crime No. 30 of 2024, under Sections 3(5), 61(2), 238, 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 339, 340(2) BNS and Sections 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, P.S. Cyber Crime, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. It is submitted that co-accused Sethi and Asif, have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.44603 of 2024 and 46241 of 2024, copy of bail orders produced by learned counsel for applicant is taken on record.
