Ayub, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Afzal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 521 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8 Prevention of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station Sikandara, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.8.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that FIR has been lodged with the delay of almost three months. No plausible explanation has been given in delay in lodging the FIR. No recovery was effected from the person of the app
