Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 239 of 2024, under Sections 376, 452, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station - Lalganj, District - Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 3. The applicant and co-accused persons are stated to have forcibly raped the victim on 02.10.2023 and even recorded the video of the said incident and kept on blackmailing the victim for a substantial period of time. The said relationship continued up to 13.04.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 4. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive.
