Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Jay Kisan Chaurasiya, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material available on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 246 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 69 B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Deedarganj, District - Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The daughter of the informant V1 is stated to have left her house along with another girl V2 to leave her at her house and both were not traceable since 23.09.2024 at about 02:00 pm. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as a
