The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.431 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 302, 313 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Khalilabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4.
