Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 381 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Section 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station - Saraylakhansi, District - Mau, during the pendency of trial. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 4. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. 5. The FIR is delayed by about nine days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 6. The victim is the consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded u/s 180 and 183
