Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 479 of 2024, under Sections 64, 126(2), 140(1), 115(2), 351(3), B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Trans Yamuna, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant stated to have forcibly taken the victim to the house of his friend on 18.11.2024 at about 5:30 and had committed rape with her and kept her there for a substantial period of time.
