Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 15.12.2024. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.435 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n) I.P.C. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Neuriya, District- Pilibhit, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party and they both are stated to have married each other. The victim by her looks seems to be major aged about 16 years as per her own statement.
