As per prosecution story, the co-accused person Rashid and Wajid are stated to have secretly recorded a nude video of the victim when she was taking bath, and thereafter, had transferred it to the applicant. The applicant is stated to have blackmailed her and had established corporeal relationship with her, as such, the FIR was instituted by her on 10.10.2024. 5.
