Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Chatari, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. The victim by her physical appearance seems to be major. As per her school certificate of Class- V, her age comes out to be 15 years, 10 months and four days. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5.
